What this policy covers

Information we collect

When you enquire. Your first and last name, email address, company website, approximate revenue and advertising spend, and anything you write in your message. If you book a call, Calendly passes us your name, email and the time you chose.

When you become a client. Contact details for the people we work with, invoices and the records of our work together.

When you use the reporting portal. Your name, email address, the client account you belong to, and basic records of when you signed in. We use these to keep your account secure.

Data from your business platforms. With your permission, the portal reads information from the platforms you connect, such as Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and Klaviyo. This includes advertising spend and results, ad creative, email campaign results, and sales and order records. Order records can include details about your own customers. We use them only to calculate your figures, such as how many customers bought again, and we do not contact your customers.

We do not:

For your own customers' details inside those records, you are the controller and we process them on your behalf, under our agreement with you.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal information.

International transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to keep it protected to UK standards.
